All vehicles at 247 Chauffeurs undergo MOT Test, twice a year in addition to a Private Hire Vehicle inspection by NSL. As a company policy all vehicles regularly undergo valeting and inspected by mystery shoppers for general upkeep and maintenance. 

Our Chauffeurs will NEVER cancel a ride without a permission from the control room. If we are unable to contact you after making all possible efforts, only then a chauffeur will be asked to stand down. We must add here that we operate a very liberal waiting time policy where you get 60 minutes free waiting at the Airports and 15 minutes for any other pick ups. 

A special protection group of chauffeurs can be assigned for VVIP Passengers, Diplomats, CEOs & Celebrities. 

While you are busy in important meetings, shopping or dinner, our chauffeurs will remain on standby and will be ready to take you to your next destination without any hassle. They are experienced and trained to use best possible route for your next engagement.
