Q- Is there any cancellation fee for the bookings?
A- Yes, there is a cancellation fee on our bookings. However, we are quite liberal in our terms. Any cancellations reported over the phone or online up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time are absolutely free. Any other cancellations are fully chargeable.
Q- What if I reschedule my booking?
A- We would allow any rescheduled booking free of cost till the time it’s informed at least 60 minutes before the original pick up time.
Q- Is there any waiting charge?
A- For all airport pick ups, there is free waiting time of 60 minutes from the moment flight lands. We will use Flight Radar or Google or Airport Apps for confirming this time.
For any other pick ups free waiting time is restricted to 15 minutes.
Q- What’s your waiting charge?
A- Waiting charge after free waiting time is chargeable as per the hourly rate time for the category of the car.
Q- What happens if my flight is delayed?
A- You are not charged for delayed flight. We will track your flight and a chauffeur will pick you up whenever you arrive at the Airport.
Q- What if my flight is cancelled?
A- If your flights is canceled due to reasons beyond control of anyone, we will not charge you. However, these reasons must be clearly in news or social media.
